Land North of Woodcroft Farm, James Copse Road, Lovedean

Outline planning application sought for the development of up to 164 dwellings, with associated vehicular access, infrastructure and landscaping (all matters reserved except access).

Amended description, amended plans and information received on the 11th November 2024 and 25th November 2025.

Land west of Millfield, Alton Lane

Outline application - demolition of structures and stables for the construction of up to 100 dwellings with new and improved vehicular and pedestrian access points, parking, public open space, biodiversity area, landscaping, sustainable urban drainage system (SuDS) and associated works. 

All matters reserved except for a means of access (Access from Blackberry Lane).

Land south of Winchester Road

Outline application for of up to 115 new homes; formation of means of vehicular access onto Winchester  Road and pedestrian and cycle links to Barn Lane and a pedestrian link to Four Marks Recreation  Ground; laying out of green infrastructure comprising play space, new landscaping and habitat creation; allotments; and drainage and other infrastructure (with some matters reserved) (access to be considered).

Land to the rear of 136-150 London Road, Holybourne

Outline planning application with all matters reserved except access for a high quality residential development comprising up to 156 dwellings, with supporting green infrastructure and open space including play space and associated infrastructure including Sustainable Urban Drainage System and new vehicular access from London Road.

Land East of Horndean

Application for the approval of reserved matters including internal access, appearance, landscaping, layout, and scale for 158 dwellings, landscaping, allotments, public open space, associated and ancillary infrastructure pursuant to outline planning permission 55562/005; as well as partial discharge of condition 8 (Refuse) (Amended Plans and Amended description 16 and 17 April 2026).

Land East of Horndean Southern Extension

Outline planning application for residential development (Use Class C3) including formal and informal public open space; play areas; parking and public realm works, together with associated: access; surface and foul water drainage infrastructure; and electricity supply infrastructure. 

All matters reserved except for the means of primary access to the highway network along with associated highway improvements and strategic landscaping and open space.

Land south of Chalton Lane

Outline planning application for residential development of up to 180 dwellings, access from Chalton Lane, the provision of public open space, play, landscaping, green infrastructure, drainage and associated infrastructure. 

All matters reserved except for Access (as amended by plans received a August 2026 and 12 August 2026).

Charity Farm, 99 Drift Road

Outline planning application (with all matters reserved except means of access) for demolition of the existing residential dwelling and agricultural buildings and construction of up to 125 no. (class C3) residential dwellings (including 40% affordable dwellings) including the creation of new vehicular access, pedestrian and cycle paths, parking spaces, public open space, biodiversity enhancement, landscape planting, surface water attenuation, associated infrastructure and other associated works.
