The examiner’s report was received on 26 June 2023, recommending that subject to a series of modifications required to make the plan meet all the necessary legal requirements that it should proceed to referendum.

On 17 July 2023 the council’s Planning Policy Committee made a decision to accept the recommendations to modify the neighbourhood plan in the examiner’s report and to proceed to referendum.
