Service update - Thursday 4 December
Our crews have completed the vast majority of bin collections scheduled for today.
Unfortunately, our hard-to-reach crew is behind due to vehicle problems earlier in the week. 249 homes remain outstanding in the following roads:
- Bordean (Winchester Road)
- Buriton (Coulters Dean Lane, Dean Barn Lane, Sunwood Lane)
- Clanfield (East Meon Road, Hambledon Road)
- Ditcham (Downley Lane)
- East Meon (Anvil Close, Bereleigh House Road, Greenway, High Street, Hyden Farm Lane, Hyden Wood, Temple Lane)
- Froxfield (Upper Bordean Farm Lane)
- Horndean (London Road)
- Petersfield (Bannerman Road, Bell Hill, Borough Hill, Highfield Road, Osborne Road, Penns Road, Woolner Avenue)
- Steep (Lythe Lane, Ridge Common Lane)
- Stroud (North Stroud Lane)
A crew will return tomorrow to collect from these homes. Please leave your bin out to avoid being missed.
If your bin wasn't collected
If your bin was not collected today and your area isn't included in the service update, please leave it out and report it as missed using your MyEHDC account.
If our provider is behind by the end of the week, they may work on Saturday to catch-up. If your collection was due on Friday and your area is not in the service update above, please report your bin as missed.
Reports must be made before 4pm on the next working day after your collection was due.
If you do not report a missed collection to us within this timeframe, you will have to wait until your next scheduled collection.
You can report missed refuse, recycling, glass and garden waste through this form.
Please note, if your bin has been tagged for reasons such as being too heavy or contaminated we will not return until your next scheduled collection. Also, if your bin is not placed on the boundary of your property, or was not out at the correct time (by 6am), it will not be collected and we will not return.
