Community drop-in events

We are holding two drop in community events for Ukrainian families and their hosts to attend and engage with a range of organisations, partners and services who offer support across the district.

  • Tuesday 16 May 4-7pm at Alton Maltings - see our press release
  • Tuesday 6 June 4-7pm at Petersfield Festival Hall

There’s no need to book, just turn up any time. Refreshments will be available and free parking for visitors is available on site.

There will also be a craft corner for younger children at the event run by Woodlands Community Hall and interactive activities from The Phoenix Theatre.

Volunteer First are hosting a Volunteering Fayre in Bordon on Wednesday 31st May between 10-1pm at the Phoenix Theatre & Arts Centre.

The Petersfield Resource Hub has a volunteering page. This represents many of the voluntary organisations, and of course, there are also numerous charity shops in the town who are always looking for additional help.
