What facilities are on offer?
Address: Woodlands Community Hall, Larch Road, Headley Down Bordon GU35 8AS.
The main hall can hold 60 seats and has a fully-equipped kitchen. Comparatively, the second room is suitable for meetings or other activities for up to ten people.
The main hall can also be divided into two separate areas with a partition wall.
The building offers a spacious main hall (25’ x 48’/ 7.6 m x 14.6 m) which has recently been refurbished and a second room (15’ x 13’ /4.7m x 4.1m ) for hire.
Disabled access is available for the building, including a disabled toilet and car parking. There is an enclosed artificially turfed garden area.
Flexible hire arrangements can be made depending on your requirements.

Room hire - Monday to Sunday, prices are as follows:
- Activity room – standard - £12.00
- Half hall (kitchen side) – standard - £12.00
- Half hall (non kitchen side) – standard - £11.00
- Kitchen - standard - £6.00
- Outdoor space hire (grassed areas other than football pitch) large groups 10+ - standard per month - £53.00
- Outdoor space hire (as above) small groups below 10 - standard per month - £27.00
- Children's birthday parties (including kitchen) - standard (£36 for 2 hours, £15 per hour for after) - £36.00
- Individual training (personal trainers) - standard per annum - £53.00
- Holiday camps indoor - standard (6 hours) - £90.00
- Holiday camps outdoor - standard (6 hours) - £50.00
- Main hall - community - £14.00
- Activity room - community - £10.00
- Half hall (kitchen side) - community - £10.00
- Half hall (non kitchen side) - community - £9.00
- Kitchen - community - £4.00
- Outdoor space hire (grassed areas other than football pitch) large groups 10+ - community per month - £36.00
- Outdoor space hire (as above) small groups below 10 - community per month - £16.00
- Holiday camps indoor- community - variable

- Storage fees - £5.00
- Football pitch hire - £9.00
- Access to toilets (alongside outdoor space hire) - £6.00
There is an opportunity for reduced rates where the hirer is a registered charity, voluntary or community group or a non-profit making organisation.
Such reduced rates shall be determined on a case by case basis at the sole discretion of the venue.

Please note that children's birthday parties are welcome at the hall but unfortunately we cannot accept bouncy castles.

Woodlands outdoor and open space project
Woodlands Community Hall and recreational ground is central to the Headley Down Community. The current play area and open space is over 20 years old and is overdue an upgrade.
The refurbishment will enhance this vital community facility, by offering opportunities for all residences in the community to use the space.
