This is funded by a financial contribution received from Radian, the developer at Quebec Park, one of the main regeneration sites in Whitehill & Bordon.
The allowable solutions scheme gives developers an economical way of compensating for the carbon dioxide (CO2) emission reductions that are difficult to achieve through normal design and construction. Radian made a financial contribution which invests in either on or off site carbon saving projects.
To be eligible for the fund, you must live within the Whitehill & Bordon area (including Greatham and Lindford.
As the scheme is intended to support vulnerable residents, you must also meet one of the following criteria, as detailed within the guidance document:-
- be over the age of 60 years
- suffering from a health condition
- have children aged 5 years & under
- have another vulnerability
Please also note that applications cannot be retrospective as the scheme does not cover works that have already been started or finished.
Grants can be provided up to the value of £3,500 per household. There is a total of £35,000 available to be awarded.
To apply for the funding, please review the guidance note prior to completing the application form as this will include vital information required for the application.
Applications can be accepted from the 15th June 2026 and should be submitted to cil@easthants.gov.uk.

Applications can be made throughout the year until the funds have been fully allocated, however it should be noted that consideration of applications received will occur on a quarterly basis (every 3 months) as detailed in the guidance document.
