Anyone can set up a personal account (you don’t have to live in the district) and you can also set up an account for your business.

Manage your council tax online

You can manage your council tax online by creating a portal account. The portal gives you full access to your council tax account where you can make payments, notify us of changes and apply for discounts and exemptions.

Missed bin?

You can report a missed bin through your MyEHDC account.

Missed bins must be reported by 4pm on the next working day after your scheduled collection.

Alternative payment methods

Payment can be made by any one of the following simple self-service options: 

Online at www.easthants.gov.uk using your debit card. Please select “pay for It”.

Over the self-service telephone on 0300 303 0590 using your debit card.

By online banking to:  

  • Sort code 57-33-42
  • Account 00000000

Please ensure you quote your reference number so that your payment can be allocated swiftly.
