Getting active and sports development

It is important to try to work towards being physically active for at least 30 minutes a day, five times a week. This can include active lifestyle changes such as, walking the dog, gardening and using the gym.

East Hampshire’s Sport and Active Lifestyles team aims to create sporting habits for life. It is up to us to make it easy for residents to be active.
